Military Families

Berry Miller Junior High welcomes military families who have been transferred to a local military installation. Any parent or guardian who is an active-duty member of the armed forces of the United States, or are part of the reserve armed forces, may establish residence and enroll children in Pearland ISD.

What is a Military or Military Connected family?

A military family refers to children of service members on active duty, in the National Guard, and in the Reserves. A military-connected family encompasses these children and their families, who may face unique educational and social-emotional needs due to their military status. The Purple Star Campus Designation recognizes schools that support these families by addressing their specific needs.
